The PALM BEACH WINTER ANTIQUES SHOW. Crowne Plaza, West Palm Beach, Florida. This is an excellent established show that has already celebrated its 29th year. Period furniture and fine antiques dominate this show which features approximately 52 national and international dealers. A traditional antiques show with a Palm Beach flair and is known by all who attend as a great “buying” show. The show is vetted according to show policy and excellence is our priority. Every effort is made to have an exclusive show with only the best in antiques. As we did last year our policy will allow art dating to the mid 20th century. This year’s theme will be “All About Antiques” and there will be an attempt to eliminate the many distractions that shows are prone to. The show will benefit TBA.

VINTAGE.. A SHOW & SALE. We started off planning a Vintage Clothing and Jewelry Show, but quickly realized that this was an entire period of time when the most wonderful arts and lifestyle items where created... it was the end of World War II, it was an exciting and creative up beat period that some of us remember. We all love what was designed at that time. It was the poodle skirt, it was Danish Modern, fabulous jewelry with stones Tiffany never dreamed of earlier in the century. And the most glamorous costume jewelry. The period ends somewhere in the middle of the 70’s.
We will put it all together and it is called VINTAGE. Our plans call for three separate areas, front to back in this very large room. The first area is meant for the high end designer items. The second for wonderful items, but not necessarily with designer names and then the items for YOU and ME.
PRA Orchids will soften our room with fantastic orchids and greens. One of Palm Beach and New York’s favorite designers will do a Loan Exhibit displaying some of his designs for the stars and Palm Beach ladies of the era and a fantastic lecture is in the planning stage.
All shows are benefits and basically room settings. Advertising will be complete with TV, newspaper, antiques publications, plus heavy PR and service announcements. Most shows will have Preview Openings, lectures and other special events. Cabinets will be available for rent. Forms will be mailed to you prior to show. Fascia boards must be special ordered. Special hotel rates will be available, but must be reserved early. Additional information on all shows is available upon request. Booth rental includes walls and paper.
